We're Michigan-based, locally owned and operated, and proud to be born and raised in the Mitten. It is our mission to pursue, encourage and celebrate healthy lifestyles here in our local communities and beyond.

We seek to foster and support an active community in every place we call home, giving back more than we take. This was true when we opened our first store in downtown Kalamazoo, Michigan back in 1985, and it’s still true today across all our retail locations and our online store.

We want you to get out there and move! We also know that a support system makes that easier, so we offer group runs and training programs in each of our communities. Plus, we have free clinics to help with anything from running gait to injuries.
