We are dedicated to supporting our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please know we are here to help.

** We are not able to return/exchange any item that has been personalized with a player name or number. Should new items need to be ordered, you may do so through the link sent to you via your club.

Please be sure to save your tracking information. Gazelle is not responsible for any items until they arrive at our facility. You may insure the package if you like. You may ship the package USPS, FedEx, or UPS. You will be responsible for shipping cost.

Returns
If you wish to return your purchase for a refund please use the original shipping box and mail it back to:

  • Include a copy of your order confirmation in the box. (Either the email or the paper included with the shipment.)
  • Write your order number on the outside of the box.
  • You will be responsible for the return postage cost.

Please save your tracking number for your return. Once we receive the return your card used for payment will be credited the amount for the item within two business days of when when we receive your return.

**Product MUST be returned within 90 days of purchase to receive credit via original form of payment.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item you bought online:

  • Place a new order online for the size/item you would like to exchange.
  • After you have placed your new order please email customercare@gazellesports.com or call us at 866-493-5533.
  • We will need both your original order number and your new order number.
  • Once both orders are confirmed we will email you a UPS return label for your original order. Please use the original packaging to send your order back and be sure to make note of the tracking number.
  • You will receive a credit for the return within two business days of when we receive your package.
