Before the holiday craziness, mix in some Fall fun with a few healthy habits this month. With Live workouts, new recipes, gratitude checks, and a whole lot of ways to keep moving.
What to Expect:
- 31 days of Fall fun mixed with a few challenges
- Tag #MIHealthyHabits after you complete the challenge or activity for the day!
- Though encouraged, you do not need to complete these challenges in order - complete the activities when they work for YOU.
- At the end of month, we will choose one winner to receive a giftcard to Gazelle Sports and a piece from our co-lab with Michigan Awesome
- Take a look at the calendar! You will see that there are days where it says, "try this new recipe" - head to our Facebook and Instagram to grab the recipe a few days before so you can plan ahead!
