5k/10k Training Programs

The decision to run a 5K or 10K is the beginning of a wonderful journey. Whether you have never run or have run for years, you will find a perfect place within Run Camp. You will run (or walk to begin) with others at your pace (we say “Embrace your Pace”). Along the way, your runs become easier, your body and mind will adapt to the challenge, and your confidence will become stronger. We have trained coaches and pace team leaders that will help you be successful.

We know that the process of training can be difficult so that we are will assist you with an scientifically tested schedule, informative clinics, and lots of fun. You will not only get to the finish line in better shape, you will find a supportive network of people that value you and your accomplishments. Gazelle Sports has organized training groups for 20 years. Join us this summer, run your best this fall and discover a new you!

Grand Rapids

Gazelle Girl All Women's 5k/10k Summer Run Camp

Join other Gazelle Girls as you train for a 5k or 10k! This program is a Women’s only group focused on helping you cross the finish line for the first time, add another race to your personal fitness journey, or just allow you a place to connect with other women and live a healthy active lifestyle. This program leads up to Run Thru the Rapids on Saturday, October 14.

Lillie Inspired 5k/10k Training

Lillie Inspired Training Programs provide Group Training Runs with over 40 years of coaching and training experience. If you want to get strong and feel prepared for your summer and fall races, these programs are for you. You will receive training schedules that will map your weekly workouts to help you meet your goals. You also will receive weekly updates by email discussing running, including information on injury prevention tips and help with goal orientation information.
