In-store Purchases

Made a purchase at one of our 6 Michigan stores? Please return/exchange your order in the store. Our friendly staff will be glad to help you keep moving.

If you are shipping shoes back to us, please do not use the shoe box as the shipping box - place the shoe box in an additional box (recycle the box it was shipped in, if you kept it!). Some exclusions may apply.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with every purchase, every time. If it’s not making moving better and easier, you can return or exchange it. Our Moving Matters Guarantee allows you up to 30 days to experience your new product(s). If at any point within that time frame you are not satisfied, please contact us at customercare@gazellesports.com. Our expert staff is here to listen, solve problems, make recommendations and help you on your journey to living life well.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To make a return, please visit our Returns Center and enter the email address associated with your purchase, or your order number and shipping address zip code to initiate the return.

For exchanges, follow the steps outlined above and select your new item for exchange.

If you are shipping shoes back to us, please do not use the shoe box as the shipping box. Preferably, recycle the box it was shipped in!

I live in Michigan, can I return my online order in-store?

Yes, if you ordered something online at gazellesports.com, you can return it to any of our store locations.

Where can I find my shipping label?

Once you initiate your return through our Returns Center, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a return shipping label which will also be sent to your email.

How do I return or exchange a gift?

To start a Gift Return, follow this link to our Returns Center:


After entering your email address and order information, you'll be guided through the exchange process and receive step-by-step instructions, a return shipping label, and if applicable, an order confirmation for your new replacement order. Once your return is processed, we will issue a gift card (store credit).

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

We take great care when preparing your order for shipment. If you received the wrong product, or have any other questions or concerns about your order, please contact customercare@gazellesports.com.

What is an Instant Credit and how do I use it?

After you move through the return steps in our online returns center, you’ll receive a temporary credit equal to the value of the returns you’re sending back. You can use this credit like a gift card to make a new purchase, and it ships right away.

If the price of the new order is less than your Instant Credit amount, you will be refunded the remaining amount to your original payment method. If you do not use the credit, your original payment method will be refunded once we receive your original item(s) and we'll deactivate any unused credit.

How long does it take to ship an exchange?

Your exchange will ship within 2-3 business days, even before we receive your original order.

Amazon.com purchases - Returns/Exchanges

If you purchased product from Gazelle Sports on Amazon you must request returns and exchanges directly through Amazon. You can do this by logging into your Amazon account and viewing your orders.
