Additional Info: A step-by-step guide of what to expect when you visit our retail stores

  • Head to one of our five retail locations (check out current store hours here).
  • Check in with the Gazelle Sports Greeter. The Greeter may ask you a few questions to learn how best we can meet your needs.
  • If our current customer count in store is less than 10 (state regulated capacity), we will be able to help you immediately upon arrival.
  • If our store is at the state regulated customer capacity (10 people), you will be asked to wait for the next available appointment. Our Greeter will determine the best way to notify you when we’re ready for you.
  • Not ready to venture out? Please consider making a Virtual Fitting appointment, or shop on our site, now offering free shipping on orders over $75 and free curbside pickup.

A few additional notes:

  • For your safety and ours, Gazelle Sports requires all employees and customers to wear masks while inside the store.
  • If you’re planning to try on footwear, please bring a clean pair of socks to wear.
  • Fitting rooms will be unavailable until further notice.
  • We are NOT accepting used shoe donations at this time.
  • Please be mindful of the 10-customer limit being imposed upon us when visiting our stores as a family/group/etc.
