Stride-style runners take a longer stride once they start increasing their speed, but their cadence primarily remains consistent. What's the difference between Metaspeed Sky and Metaspeed Edge?

While both shoes are responsive running styles, the METASPEED Sky shoe creates a stronger rebound because of the midsole's taller stack height. Its aerial-driven properties cause the runner to experience a higher bounce between steps. This version is more practical for runners (Stride style) who keep a similar cadence while increasing their speed.

The METASPEED Edge Shoe features a lower midsole stack height than the METASPEED Sky Shoe. This allows runners (Cadence style) to comfortably guide their foot to experience smoother transitions in the forward direction. As a result, they're able to adjust their pace more easily.
