Returns

We aren’t happy until you are! If you wish to return your purchase for a refund you may do so two ways:

1. Return your item in-store. Be sure to bring the receipt included in your shipment and the card you used to purchase the item.
*** Soccer Club Uniform items are NOT able to be returned in-store.

2. Mail your item back in the original shipping box to:

  • Include a copy of your order confirmation in the box. (Either the email or the receipt included with the shipment.)
  • Write your order number on the outside of the box.
  • You will be responsible for the return postage cost.

Please save the tracking number for your return. Once we receive the return your card used for payment will be credited within two business days of when when we receive your return.

**Product MUST be returned within 90 days of purchase to receive credit via original form of payment.

**Shipping charges are not refundable on returned items.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item you purchased online:

  • Place a new order online for the size/item you would like to exchange.
  • After you have placed your new order please email customercare@gazellesports.com or call us at 616-818-7913.
  • We will need both your original order number and your new order number.
  • Once both orders are confirmed we will email you a UPS return label for your original order. Please use the original packaging to send your order back and be sure to make note of the tracking number.
  • You will receive a credit for the return within two business days of when we receive your package.
