Journey to Movement:
My journey to movement began at an early age. I always loved racing my friends whether it was on a bike, roller blades, or on foot. Eventually I found cross country and track and ran from grade school to college. Now I find enjoyment being active through many outlets and activities and I am always looking for more experiences.
Where's your favorite local place to run?
My favorite place to run is the local bike paths. In this area its easy to get a big mix of hills and constantly changing scenery. I love how beautiful and challenging it can be.
What motivates you to stay active?
I am motivated to stay active because it has become part of who I am and what I want to do for the rest of my life.
