GazelleSports.com purchases - Returns/Exchanges
We aren’t happy until you are! If you wish to return your purchase for a refund you may do so two ways:
- Return your item in-store. Be sure to bring the receipt included in your shipment and the card you used to purchase the item. Soccer Club Uniform items are NOT able to be returned in-store.
- Use the UPS Return label included in your order to mail your item back in the original shipping box.
- Pack the items you're returning along with a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation email that includes your order number so the refund can be issued. Refunds cannot be processed without a packing slip or email confirmation.
- Attach the return label to the package. Cover any existing shipping labels. Do not attach the return label to the shoebox. The shoebox should be in the condition it was received.
- Please save the tracking number for your return.
- Once we receive the return the card used for payment will be credited within two business days of when we receive your return.

**Product must be returned within 45 days of purchase date to receive credit via the original form of payment. Any items returned after 45 days will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card.
***Shipping charges are not refundable on returned items.
If you wish to exchange an item you purchased online please follow the steps below:
- Box up the item you are returning and include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation email. We will reference this to issue your refund. Refunds cannot be processed without a packing slip or email confirmation.
- Use the UPS return shipping label to send back the item and drop the package off at your nearest UPS drop off location.
- Place a new order online for the size/item you would like to exchange.
- Credit for the return will be issued within two business days of when we receive your package.
