Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with every purchase, every time. Take 30 days to get out there and get moving. If your purchase is not making moving better and easier, return or exchange it.
Quick reference:
New and unworn products are eligible for returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase in-store or online.
Used and worn product can be exchanged or given in-store or online credit within 30 days of purchase. Exclusions apply, please see below.
Carbon-plated footwear must be returned in new condition and original, undamaged packaging to be eligible for exchange or refund.
New Products
Products that are returned in new and unworn condition are eligible for a full refund or exchange on their original form of payment either in-store or online. We request that you return the product in its original packaging and is received undamaged.
Used/Worn Products
At Gazelle Sports, we’re committed to making sure you’re happy with your purchase. We understand that products may not always meet expectations in real-world conditions, and we proudly stand behind what we sell. If your item isn’t working out as planned, bring it back to one of our stores within 30 days or reach out to customer service, and someone on our team will help you find the right replacement.
Product that is returned in used condition to Gazelle Sports will not be eligible for a refund, and are eligible for an exchange or store credit only.
Carbon-Plated Footwear
Carbon-Plated footwear must be returned in new + unused condition to be eligible for a refund or an exchange. Carbon-plated footwear that is returned in used and worn condition will not be eligible for online or in-store credit or a refund or exchange.
Electronics
Electronics are eligible for refund or exchange only if it is returned unopened, in its original packaging. Electronics that are opened will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Products Marked "Final Sale"
Items marked final sale are excluded from our return policy. They are ineligible for returns/exchanges.

If you placed your order on Gazellesports.com (where you're at right now), use our online returns center. Shipping for returns and exchanges is free!
In-store Purchases

How do I start a return or exchange?
To start your return or exchange, please visit our Returns Center and enter the email address associated with your purchase, or your order number and shipping address zip code to initiate the return.
Is there a fee to return my order?
Returns and exchanges are free! We'll provide you with a prepaid return label to send back your item(s).

How long do I have to return an online order?
Orders must be returned within 30 days to receive a refund.
How do I return or exchange a gift?
To start a Gift Return, follow this link to our Returns Center:

After entering your email address and order information, you'll be guided through the exchange process and receive step-by-step instructions, a return shipping label, and if applicable, an order confirmation for your new replacement order. Once your return is processed, we will issue a gift card (store credit) via email.
I live in Michigan, can I return my online order in-store?
Yes, if you ordered something online at gazellesports.com, you can return it to any of our store locations.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
We take great care when preparing your order for shipment. If you received the wrong product, or have any other questions or concerns about your order, please contact customercare@gazellesports.com.
