Journey to Movement: 
I began my fitness journey with running in junior high in the mid-80s. Fast foward 30+ years and I have continued running, but have now added a personal yoga practice, yoga teaching, as well as coaching cross country for middle schoolers. I love being able to share the gifts of movement and wellness with others.

What’s one meal you could eat everyday? 
Any Mexican food is fair game.

What’s your favorite path to run?
I love running the trails in Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore.
