Journey to Movement:
I've been active for as long as I can remember. When I was a kid, I'd kill time trying every team sport imaginable and now I move through running which serves as conditioning for keeping up with my kids. I love to inspire movement in the next generation by coaching high school cross country and track & field.
Favorite Sports Team:
Once child #2 came around, life got too busy to stay as into sports as I used to be. I still try to follow Michigan football and basketball, but my true favorite team is the team of girls I coach. They provide more thrills and drama and joy than I ever got watching strangers play on TV.
What's your favorite way to relax?
In order to relax, I like to kick my feet up, grab a cold beverage, and watch a sitcom. Laughter is the best medicine, after all!
