Journey to Movement: 
I have always been active- tennis, hiking, biking with friends, swimming.  As an adult,  my movement has become  more deliberate and intentional.  I seek out ways to build community through my exercise and these friendships are an important part of my life.
What is one meal you could eat everyday? 
A meal I could eat everyday-  oatmeal, with flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, blueberries, almond butter and cinnamon
What is your favorite way to relax?    reading a book at the beach
