Journey to Movement
I started mid-distance running about 15 years ago as a stress reliever and I've gotten myself totally hooked. I try to run at least 2 half marathons per year.
My journey to movement started with running but it's led me to try many alternative forms of exercise and has been a great way for me to get involved in the community.

What’s your favorite path to run?
I run the Kalamazoo Klassic loop at least twice a week
What’s one meal you could eat everyday?
