I began running in college simply as a form of exercise but it quickly became my favorite hobby and passion. Running has since then became my “go-to” exercise and release from any stress. I love the feeling you get after finishing a run of any distance or pace, and its even better when you get to share that time with a friend!
I’ve done races from 5k’s to a couple full marathons and crossing that finish line is always an amazing accomplishment and something to be proud of.
I’ve learned through running that anything can happen during a race but pushing through and using every ounce of mental strength you have along with your training will get you through to the end.
Running is something that I can do for myself and by myself; but never have to be alone at the same time! And the community of people is unbeatable.
