Meet Isaac
Isaac Harding grew up running for Rockford High School here in West Michigan, where my passion for the sport started. After high school, I continued my running at the University of Michigan before transferring to Grand Valley State University to complete my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. There, I became an NCAA DII National Champion in cross country and earned both NCAA DII and USTFCCCA All-American honors. I was also honored to be named the USTFCCCA National Athlete of the Year. Now, I work at Hulst Jepsen Physical Therapy in Grandville, MI, where I help others improve their mobility while continuing to pursue my own running goals.
Isaac’s 2024-2025 Performance Highlights: Isaac made a strong debut in the half marathon with a time of 1:04:21 at the BAA Half Marathon in November 2024. He also broke the 4-minute barrier in the mile for the first time in his career with a 3:57 at the Ryan Shay Mile. Last year, Isaac competed on the USATF circuit often with notable placing at the 2024 Peachtree 10K in Atlanta and 13th place in the 2024 USATF 8K Championships.
