How much space do we need to host an event?
We’re flexible. A conference room, break room, or open floor area all work well. We’ll discuss space needs during planning and adapt to fit your location.
How many employees do you need for a Mobile Fit event?
We can scale to any team size — whether you have 20 employees or 500+. We’ll choose the right format (half-day, full-day, drop-in, or scheduled) based on your group.
What brands and products do you bring?
We bring a curated selection including Hoka, On Running, and Brooks, plus socks, insoles, and recovery accessories. We tailor the assortment based on your team’s needs.
Is there a cost to our organization to host?
There’s no mandatory cost to host. Employees purchase directly at special event pricing. Organizations can optionally subsidize, offer payroll deduction, or participate in our give-back model. We’ll walk you through all the options.
How far in advance do we need to book?
We recommend reaching out at least 3–4 weeks before your preferred date. That said, reach out and we’ll do our best to work with your timeline.
What areas do you serve?
