Details
While a banana is considered a fruit, it is technically a berry because it contains no pit and is produced from a single flower. Bananas are also a berry good fruit for pre and post-run nutrition. For the first time (probably ever we don’t know) bananas with arms and legs can sit on your head while you run berry fast or berry slow. Enjoy the berries!
